By law, you have 14 days to try on sneakers at home (use light-colored socks only). If they do not fit you, you can easily replace or return them. We will be happy to slightly extend the return period if the returned sneakers are unworn and completely in order.

How to proceed so that this process is as fast as possible and without unnecessary complications?

RETURN

Fill out the return form that accompanies each package. You can download it HERE. We only refund money for goods and postage from us to you (invoiced price). You always pay the postage from you to us.

EXCHANGE OF SNEAKERS

Please pack the sneakers well to prevent damage during transport. It is necessary to use the original box. Do not stick the original box with adhesive tape! Wrap it in foil or wrapping paper. Send the package to the address below.

Postage to us is paid by you and the subsequent one exchange is free within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Before sending sneakers for exchange, please check our e-shop to see if we have the size and model you require in stock. If only the last few pieces are available, write us an e-mail and we will put them aside for you.

Even a master carpenter makes a mistake once in a while! It just happens. However, it is important to admit the mistake and face it. If you are not satisfied with the sneakers due to poor processing, it is very important that you let us know. We want you to be satisfied with the sneakers and without your feedback it is difficult to improve them. It is you who help us create the perfect product. However, this does not mean that we will respond positively to 100% of your complaints. Not every problem is a manufacturing defect.
